Cass Fishbein’s understanding of yachts and owner needs is rooted in a lifelong family heritage of custom boat building, ownership, and restoration. From an early age, he was immersed in the technical and hands-on aspects of boating, gaining practical experience caring for both diesel- and gas-powered vessels. Most notably, Cass recently completed a full refit of RANGER, a diesel-powered cold-molded sportfisher originally built by his father—an experience that reflects his deep respect for craftsmanship, systems knowledge, and long-term vessel care.

Cass earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, and has spent nearly 20 years in yacht brokerage. While in college, he outfitted sportfishing boats and sold marine gear at J&M Tackle, seamlessly transitioning into brokerage after closing his first deal on a 43’ Viking Express. Starting his career during an economic recession and navigating industry challenges such as the Gulf oil spill further shaped his disciplined, honest, and resilient approach to business.

Today, Cass is known for pairing buyers with the right yacht—whether a well-maintained production vessel or a truly one-of-a-kind custom build—while providing professional guidance well beyond the close. He takes pride in the fact that many of his transactions come from repeat clients and referrals, viewing long-term relationships as the true measure of success. Especially attentive to first-time buyers, Cass ensures clients are confident in the care, operation, and ownership of their yacht, making him a trusted advisor and a strong fit for Yachts360’s modern, exposure-driven brokerage platform.
