Chase grew up in Southeast Florida, the yachting capital of the world, fishing, scuba, free diving, and flipping small boats before brokerage was ever on his radar. He earned his 100-ton captain’s license straight out of college and cut his teeth in Fort Lauderdale captaining motor yachts and guiding offshore charters before closing nearly $10 million in his first year as a broker.

Since then he’s worked the full range: domestic resales, new construction, and international builds with manufacturers like Sunreef Yachts. Detail-oriented and unrelenting, he doesn’t miss much. And he loves what he does.
