Yachts360 Announces New Stuart, Florida Office at Sailfish Marina
Stuart, Florida — Yachts360 today announced the opening of its newest office at Sailfish Marina in Stuart, further expanding the company’s presence along Florida’s Treasure Coast.
“Stuart has always been a serious boating market — knowledgeable owners, knowledgeable buyers, and consistent year-round activity,” said Brian Dressler. “Being based at Sailfish Marina allows us to properly serve the community with real presence and support, not just occasional coverage.”
Yachts360’s growth has been supported by a brokerage team of more than 70 professionals, expanding administrative infrastructure, and an integrated sales model that combines traditional brokerage with trade-in and wholesale acquisition capabilities. The company currently features over 400 active retail listings across its network. Leadership says this structure allows clients to move boats efficiently whether they are buying, selling, or transitioning between vessels — reducing delays often associated with contingent transactions.
“Our trade-in and wholesale side removes friction from deals,” Dressler said. “Clients aren’t stuck waiting on multiple transactions to line up. We can advise, acquire, and place boats appropriately in the market while still maintaining full retail representation when that’s the best option.”
Yachts360 notes that continued investment in administrative staff has significantly improved transaction timelines, communication consistency, and client experience as the company scales.
“As we grow, support matters just as much as sales,” Dressler added. “Expanding our admin team allows brokers to focus on clients while ensuring paperwork, logistics, and closing processes run smoothly. That directly benefits both buyers and sellers.”
The firm emphasized that its expansion strategy prioritizes stability over rapid footprint growth, focusing on professional guidance and transparent market positioning rather than short-term promotional tactics.
“We’ve never built this company on gimmicks or noise,” Dressler said. “Our brokers don’t join us because of exaggerated promises or recruiting pitches — they come because they see real growth, real opportunity, and real support. We’ve created an environment where professionals can build lasting careers and operate as a true team, and that ultimately benefits the client.”
The Stuart office will support buyers, sellers, and trade-in clients across sportfish, center console, and cruising segments throughout the Treasure Coast and South Florida markets.
“We’re intentional about where we grow,” Dressler said. “We place experienced brokers directly in strong boating communities and build from there. That consistency is what earns trust, and trust is what builds a lasting brokerage.”
Following renovation completion in mid-March, the office will be fully operational for listings, buyer representation, trade-in advisory, and wholesale acquisition services.
