Frequently Asked Questions

A preliminary listing can often go up the same day you decide to list with Yachts360! However, a full listing with photos, features, and more will depend upon your schedule and the location of your boat. 

A typical listing agreement is 180 days, however every vessel is different and your broker will make sure your listing agreement matches your goals.  

From YachtWorld to our website, the Yachts360 marketing team and your broker will make sure your boat is seen by all potential buyers.  Our inventory automatically syncs to over six of the largest listing platforms and our social media team  works hard to share all current inventory. 

The standard brokerage commission rate is 10%. However, with our ability to buy trades and create otherwise impossible deals, you and your broker may come to a different agreement that ensures both parties are satisfied with the commission rate. 

Fund distribution will typically occur as soon as the buyer wires the money through the Yacht360 escrow account. As every deal is different, please consult your broker for more information.
